I tried the lot…
I was in a dire state. Numb. Literally unable to enjoy anything despite achieving all my goals of moving to London, working in tech, having a great relationship and friends.
It took me 5 desperate, anxious and exhausting years of exploring therapy, self help, yoga, spiritual exploration, exercising, finding ‘My WHY‘, breath-work, Jiu Jitsu, philosophy, psychology, coaching, entrepreneurial pursuits and working in growth for a Deloitte fast 50 high impact social enterprise, until I discovered what I needed...
